The Shattered Histories
The First Moonborn Saga
The Shattered Histories is the first Moonborn saga—a six-book series set in a world built on competing versions of the past, where cracks in accepted history begin to surface. All six volumes are now available.
These six books complete the saga as its opening arc. The larger story of Orenth continues.
The saga at a glance · six volumes

Graymere
The Shattered Histories · Volume One
Oman has heard the stories his entire life — the Great War, humans victorious, their enemies wiped from the face of Orenth. The history books are clear. No one has reason to question them. Oman never gave them a second thought — until his brother’s life was saved by the enemy they thought no longer existed.
An accidental encounter. A life saved. Contradicting histories.
Old songs. Old maps. Forbidden manuscripts. Flashes of images in visions — paint different stories.
Forcing a younger generation to change their questions from simply “what happened?” to “who changed the story — and why?”

Peshcey
The Shattered Histories · Volume Two
Trayvor trusts a properly barred gate. His younger sister prefers finding out what lies beyond it.
Beneath the Black Cliffs, Peshcey has boats to repair, nets to mend, and storm damage enough to keep everyone busy.
Then Zeya disappears into the caves, and the search for her reveals signs of people working where no one is supposed to be.
Trayvor wants an explanation. His friends have seen enough to know the village needs one. Trayvor and Zeya’s mother, Stacia, knows more than she can safely tell them.
As Peshcey begins asking questions, Stacia must decide how much of the truth to reveal—and whether the people she has trusted deserve her silence.
Far to the east, something has happened at Graymere. Its consequences are already reaching the western coast.

The Oldest Name
The Shattered Histories · Volume Three
Graymere knows the elves survived. Living with that knowledge is another matter.
After elves help defend the village, humans and elves begin testing the boundaries between them. Shared danger has made cooperation possible, but neither community is ready to set aside its fears.
Mira and Logie find themselves caught between curiosity, friendship, and rules made by people who distrust both.
Haeden wants to protect his family without closing the door on the people who helped save it. And Eyvee begins questioning the history her own people have preserved.
As contact deepens, old records raise questions that neither village can answer. A name in the human family histories draws Eyvee’s attention: Pataric.
Following it may require looking beyond everything they have been taught—and beyond the places they call home.

Outside the Chain
The Shattered Histories · Volume Four
An authenticated message should settle a question. This one opens another.
Suspended from her role as Peshcey’s Gatekeeper, Stacia faces evidence that Western records have traveled outside the routes meant to verify them. The warning is genuine. Where the information began—and whose account can be trusted—remains uncertain.
With Trayvor, Zeya, Raleth, and Ayden, she travels east to follow the records through the Keeper network. Peshcey wants answers. The Keepers have procedures. Neither guarantees that the people asking questions will be told the whole truth.
Each relay brings another account to examine, another gap between what was recorded and what someone witnessed. Far away, events at Graymere have entered the same troubled record.
Stacia knows the system well enough to follow its rules. Now she must decide what to do when the evidence leads outside them.

Before the Line
The Shattered Histories · Volume Five
The oldest name in the family record may not mean what they thought.
A notation in Graymere’s records points Mira and Oman toward older material once held in Aronnda. It offers a direction, but no promise that the answers have survived.
With Eyvee, Logie, and Liana, they travel east through unfamiliar towns and river country, following copied pages from one records house to the next. Eyvee must keep her identity hidden. Every discovery must be tested against what the documents can actually prove.
At the center of their search is Pataric: a name preserved in their family’s history, surrounded by words that resist a simple explanation. As older sources come to light, the question changes.
They set out to learn who came before them. Now they must ask what happened before the line began.
The records concern their family. That does not mean the family owes every answer to those who want to study it.

The Release
The Shattered Histories · Volume Six
Two investigations have reached Graymere. The sky is about to give them a new question.
Trayvor and Stacia arrive from Peshcey carrying records they cannot reconcile. Mira and Oman have only just returned from their own search through the past. Neither group expected the answers to send them back onto the road.
Then a pale edge appears beside the familiar moon. Old accounts take on new significance, and separate fragments of evidence point toward the northern works, where Keepers and builders are attempting something they do not fully understand.
Haeden, Eyvee, and the others travel north to learn what is being made—and what it may cost. At the heart of the work is a dormant child. As the sky changes and the ancient structure begins to fail, uncertainty no longer gives them the luxury of waiting.
They must decide what they can trust, what they are willing to do, and who will take responsibility afterward.
